Here we are at the beginning of another month! 2021 is just flying right on by! This month I thought I would share not only my favorite desktop backgrounds, but phone backgrounds as well. So, if you are looking for some beautiful free phone and desktop backgrounds, keep on scrolling!
August is the last month of the Summer, at least for those of us located in the northern hemisphere. That makes me so happy because I know my favorite time of the year is right around the corner! Fall!
However, since we are still in the Summer season, here are some interesting facts about the month of August!
- The name August come from the Latin word Augustus which means “the great one”.
- August 24 is Pluto Demoted Day. The day Pluto was declared to no longer be a planet. There goes my childhood science education! 🙂
- The two Zodiac signs for August babies are Leo and Virgo.
