Or it would only work for one wash. So, I made it my mission to find a method to get our gym clothes smelling good. Cause let’s be honest, I don’t want to smell before going to the gym. Afterward is a whole other story! 😊 After a bunch of trial and error, I finally found a technique that works wonders! How To Get The Smell Out of Gym Clothes In Action
Vinegar! I have always known vinegar was a great cleaning tool in so many different ways, especially for odor. Therefore, I use it a lot around my house to clean! There’s a little twist on how I use the vinegar to get my gym clothes smelling fresh after every wash. My secret tool is essential oils!
After I put all of my gym clothes into the washer, I put in the soap as usual. Then I add vinegar into the fabric softener compartment and into the bleach compartment on the washer. I then add about 6 or so drops of whatever essential oil I’m feeling that day into the fabric softener compartment with the vinegar.
Now I wash the clothes as normal, and BAM! They smell so good! I personally prefer to use lavender essential oil the most, because I like the calming quality of it! But any essential oil will work, just whatever your specific tastes are!
