November is a time when we are reminded to focus on what we are grateful for! Sometimes it can be hard to focus on the good, but I have noticed that it makes such a huge difference when you do! I would love for you to participate in the November gratitude challenge with me! There is so much research showing that gratitude can change your life for the better!
I have created a monthly calendar for November with gratitude prompts for each day. This takes the guesswork out of it!
I am going to use my planner and will be writing what I am grateful for each day. You can do this however you would like though, whether it be on your phone, on a piece of paper, or even on the free printout that I have available for you below!
