Caramel macchiatos are my go-to drink at Starbucks! When I saw this hack, I knew I just had to try it out. It is SO good, and oh so caramelly! The caramel macchiato has vanilla syrup in it and the only caramel flavor is the drizzle that’s added in. So, substituting the vanilla syrup for caramel is the key here! Plus, this works for both iced and hot versions! I just prefer iced coffees!

A sweet treat to try, as it does have quite a bit of sugar!
