Do you love Starbucks?! I know I do! A lot of the drinks on the Starbuck’s menu are pretty hefty in the calorie department…but they taste soo good! I have done a bit of research, looking how to alter some of my favorite coffee drinks to be on the healthier side. The great thing is that they still taste good!! Here are 5 healthy Starbucks drinks to try out! All of these options are iced coffees, however you can get them hot if you like, I just prefer cold!
1. Iced Caramel Macchiato
This is my favorite Starbucks drink that I get all the time! A venti sized iced caramel macchiato is a whopping 350 calories! Oh my gosh! I didn’t know it was that much! The healthier iced caramel macchiato tastes delicious and is low on calories. Win win! This drink is 105 calories! The caramel flavor was on the lower side, so next time I’ll probably add either another pump of caramel syrup or more drizzle! Pretty good if you ask me!

Light cream
1 pump caramel syrup
3 pumps sugar free vanilla syrup
Light caramel drizzle
2. Iced Americano
This drink is a great everyday coffee! I liked this drink a lot because it didn’t have any super overwhelming flavors and was just sweet enough. There’s just something about the Americano at Starbucks that tastes so good!
How to order:
Venti iced Americano
2 pumps sugar free vanilla
1.5 pumps of mocha
Light half and half
3. Salted Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew
At first sight, I didn’t know if I was going to like this drink. It was awfully dark, and I like my coffee on the sweeter side. But once the foam trickled down, this drink was delicious! The coffee was strong, but not too strong if you know what I mean! Plus, this drink is only 70 calories!

Grande salted cream cold foam cold brew
1 pump caramel syrup
3 pumps sugar free vanilla syrup
4. Caramel & Vanilla Cold Brew
This drink is very good! It has a very strong coffee taste, but it’s not overwhelming. The vanilla and caramel flavors give it a hint of sweetness. Since this coffee is very strong, it is great for when you need a pick me up! I will definitely be getting this coffee when I need a little extra caffeine in my life!

One shot espresso
5. Pumpkin Spice Coffee
Fall time is here, so of course I had to throw in a pumpkin flavored coffee! I love when all of the pumpkin flavored drinks and treats come out during the fall! They are so delicious, but they can be pretty high in calories. I found a great alternative to a pumpkin spice latte at Starbucks that is below 100 calories!
