I love a good Starbucks drink! It seems whenever I am out and about, grabbing a drink from Starbucks just makes my day a little bit better! However, those drinks can tend to have quite a few calories. So, I like to try “healthier” drink concoctions and see how they are. I have tried 3 new healthy Starbucks drinks that are surprisingly good!

A couple of these drinks are straight from the menu! So, they are super easy to order! No long list of commands for the barista!

Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew

The vanilla sweet cream cold brew has become one of my go-to drinks at Starbucks! It is so delicious and has just the right amount of sweetness!

This drink is 110 calories.

Just ask for a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew!

Skinny Iced Caramel Macchiato

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this drink out! It tastes just like a regular caramel macchiato to me, maybe with just a little less sweetness. I think it’s the caramel drizzle that does the trick in making this taste delicious.

For this skinny iced caramel macchiato, they change the ingredients to low-fat milk and sugar-free vanilla syrup.

This drink is approximately 140 calories. A little on the higher side, but way less than its 250-calorie counterpart!

Ask for a grande skinny iced caramel macchiato!

Iced Shaken Espresso

I learned of my love for the iced shaken espresso last year around Fall! I love getting it with pumpkin flavors. Yum!

This drink alone tastes delicious! Definitely stronger on the coffee side of things, but absolutely a great pick-me-up!

Sometimes I like to add a pump or two or caramel syrup to add a little extra sweetness.

This drink is 100 calories.

HOW TO ORDER

Grande iced shaken espresso!

OPTIONAL

Add a pump or two of your favorite flavor of syrup. These usually add about 20 calories per pump.
