As the holiday season rolls around, do you think about all the delicious goodies you won’t be able to eat?! So, I have started a mission to go gluten and dairy-free! I am not allergic per se like I know a lot of people are. However, gluten and dairy can cause inflammation and it is better to not eat them to help a condition that I have. So, I am on a mission to find great recipes that are both gluten and dairy-free in all categories! Be sure to follow along to see what I find in the future!
